PARENTS AND COMMUNITY
The parents and community of King College Prep play important roles in the education of King's students. At home, they engage students in conversation about their classwork, homework, and educational goals. At school, parents and community members serve as coaches, tutors, Local School Council members, guest presenters, and in other essential mentoring positions. Parents, alumni, and the broader community also help provide resources -- from donations to internships -- to make the King College Prep program one of the strongest in the city.
