Jeff Wright is proud to serve as the principal of King College Prep. He was named principal in 2006. Before joining the team at King, Mr. Wright was the Assistant Principal at Jones College Prep. Prior to becoming an administrator, Mr. Wright taught history, government, and international affairs at a high school in Rochester, Minnesota.
Mr. Wright grew up in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. His parents are both retired teachers, and his wife, brother, sister, and many other relatives are also educators. Mr. Wright and his wife live two blocks from King College Prep with their son, Mason, and dog, Charlie. When he finds time away from school, he likes to read, water ski, explore Chicago, and spend time outdoors.
