King College Prep believes that a complete high school education develops the body and the brain. We all learn how to focus our minds in different ways. For many students, the self-discipline that leads to academic success is developed while catching passes on a football field, swimming laps in a pool, or practicing the same shot over and over again on a basketball court or soccer field.
|
Successful college students have refined intellectual abilities as well as a strong sense of self-discipline. Athletics help develop self-discipline and balance.

| King’s scholar-athletes have been offered millions in scholarship dollars to continue playing at the college level. Several have started playing at Division I universities their freshman year. In 2009-2010, King College Prep's Wrestling Team, Girls Basketball Team, and Boys Basketball Team all won Regional Titles and the Girls Swim Team won its second Section Title in a row. |
