Packet of essays and rhetorical glossary are copied and must be picked up this Friday, June 17th at Report Card Pick Up Day.  I will post copies of the essays for a week after Friday then remove them from the site since they are copyrighted material. Please be diligent and attain the copies you need to complete this assignment.  All work will be due the first day of school in September.

Attached is a copy of the rhetorical glossary, but I do have copies available for June 17th.

Attached is a copy of the packet of essays (Part 4 of the summer assignment).  The packet is divided into 2 sets.  Be sure to copy both sets. List of titles: "The Power of Words,"Ground Zero," "Once More to the Lake," "The Catbird Seat," "Just Walk on By," "Television: The Plug-In Drug," "Two Ways to Belong in America," and "Mother Tongue."

Revised: Part 2 and Part 3 of the summer assignment were posted on June 20, 2011.

You may pick up any part of the assignment after 1:40pm, Mondays through Thursdays from July 5th to July 22nd, while I am teaching Frosh Connections.
